Not strictly a gungirl... But OK by me!

    I know the blogs have been on the skimpy side lately. Laid up as I am, typing for an extended period is both awkward and uncomfortable. If I sit up, my leg starts swelling within a few minutes. If I try typing from the couch it's not unlike torture, with my spine twisted into directions it was never meant to go. Right now, I'm lying down, leaning out over with the keyboard perched on a cardboard box. It sucks. 
    I'm hoping to be able to return to work on Saturday. Ultimately, that will be up to the doctor, who I see again on Thursday.
