   Plug of the Day: RainyMood.com. When you're having trouble sleeping, it sometimes helps to have some white noise in the background. Since I'm traveling, I've used the website RainyMood.com to help me get to sleep. It's a looping audio file of a very pleasant sounding rainstorm. I highly recommend it.
