As it turned out, yesterday was a bit of a long day. The stair lifter install took about 4 hours, and the job was quite well done. Today, around noon, we should have Mom back to give it a test ride, if all the stars align. She's having a bit of back pain from an apparent strained muscle, so we're hoping that doesn't delay her homecoming.
