GungalTM of the Day

As this posts on the HQ, the second of four nights is done, and I'm feeling pretty dang whipped. One thing is wonderful: I'm halfway home to my Sweet Gal!! I love you, baby!! I'll be home on Sunday in time for coffee!!
Today is exactly two months since my Effie and I got married!! So, man, time is moving quickly! We're on the verge of our second Christmas and our very first Christmas as husband and wife!! Awesome!!
I managed to pick up a couple more things on Amazon, and I'm hoping that expedited shipping gets them home in time for wrapping them up for Christmas. Whatever else is left over will have to be bought locally, I'm afraid, as time has almost caught up with us on that front. Still no gaming news to speak of. There wasn't any time for any annoying Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 action on the Wii this week, lol. I might be able to sneak onto the laptop to play a bit of Unreal Tournament 2004 today, if get some time at the Albany pad. I just have to remember to turn off the automagic weapon switching, lol.
I don't know whether I mentioned my Steam troubles before on the blog or not. But there was a Portal 2 giveaway that was blogged a while back that I was trying to be a part of. (Not for any real interest in the game, at all, but because it's Valve and it was free.) And I couldn't get my Valve account to work. I finally found the email from my last Valve account purchase, and I might be able to actually reactivate my account again, raising the possibility of installing and re-playing Half-life 2 on my laptop. Moving on...
