As this auto-posts on the HQ, the third of four nights is over, and I'm making my way slowly to bed. Just one more night, and I'm back home with my beloved Effie!! Awesome!!
Didn't get a chance to do much gaming yesterday, but I did get to chat on Skype with my lovely Effie!! She was busy cleaning and reorganizing, so we chatted a while and I multi-tasked with some apartment hunting online, lol. Still no luck, but it's early yet. I'll keep looking. Everything happens for a reason, as my wife and I like to say, so we'll keep the faith and keep on searching.
In between getting skunked on apartment searches, I downloaded Battlefield Play4Free to my travel laptop. I managed to get in a couple of very bad 'Assault' games before taking off for work. All I can say is, there's a pretty steep learning curve to playing Battlefield. And a lot of guys in vehicles drive right by us pedestrians. And, if they do pick you up, they can't drive for beans, either. (Not that I can, lol.)
My Sweet Effie did much, much better than I! She stayed up a bit late and beat one of the first big bosses in Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword!! Awesome, baby! Wish I could have been there to cheer you on! Moving on...
