Back home with my beloved Effie! I got an unexpected break to get out early as a safety class convened early and let out even earlier!! As this posts on the HQ, I'm having morning coffee with my lovely missus!! We have to get ready for our New Year's Eve festivities, but it won't require much preparation, lol. I'm thinking they'll consist of the same as last year's: Waiting for the ball to drop and then kissing and smooching for a bit before going to sleep. Of course, now I only have to accompany the Missus to the bedroom to go to sleep, rather than making the long, dark drive to the former HQ bunker, lol.
On the gaming front, I advanced in Half-life 2's single player to the point where I got myself stuck over a year ago, lol. We'll see whether I get stuck there for another year this time. Moving on...
