Today's featured vid is a blast from the past, a Sandy Ravage CoD4 AK-47 rampage on Downpour. He posted it as a test video for the Hauppage PVR he uses to record his gameplay. It's amazing: Airstrike after airstrike, helicopter after helicopter. He finished with 45 kills/4 deaths! At the end, we have a Booster Hunt montage by Sandy Ravage emulator mojo29. All over the gaming networks, people taking up the fight against cheating douchebags! On to the links:
- Kotaku: More Infinity Ward developers bail.
- El33tOnline: Modern Warfare 2 ‘Harrier Glitch’ infects online play. More on the multiple Harrier glitch, as seen here on YouTube. The glitch has been around since at least January, apparently, but may not be much of an impact since more than one player (friendly or enemy) has to have a Harrier inbound before the glitch can work. Tho I won't reproduce the link here, certain weapon loadouts appear to be necessary for the glitch to function.
- Indiana Statesman reviews Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: First-person shooters blow stuff up...a lot. It's in the news section, but the writing makes me think it was written by a 12 year-old. FTA: "Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is definitely the best war simulation game ever made. I mean, seriously people it’s not even close."
- GameIndustryNews: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Reflex Edition review. (It's the Wii port of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.)
